Where do you ship?
I currently ship nationwide across the Philippines. International shipping options for select small items (like sticker sets and prints) can be arranged upon request.
How long does processing take?
In-stock stickers, bookmarks, and stationery items are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom or made-to-order items take 5–7 business days.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Art & Commissions
What type of art commissions do you accept?
I specialize in cute stylized character portraits, digital illustrations, merchandise designs (stickers, prints), and aesthetic brand art.
What is the commission process?
After submitting a request, I will send you a quote. Once accepted, I create rough sketches for your approval before rendering the final high-resolution piece.
Can I use commissioned art for commercial purposes?
Standard commissions are for personal use. If you need artwork for merchandise, business branding, or resale, commercial licensing is available upon request.
